We went for a moonlight paddle boat ride through Forest Park in St. Louis. We also enjoyed a picnic and a bottle of wine near Picnic Island. This was a wonderful way to bring in the summer.

Wedding Weekend Info!

Hey everyone!

For all of you out-of-towners and family, we will be having a Shabbat dinner at the Umansky’s home on Friday evening, October 8th if you will already be in St. Louis. The Rehearsal Dinner will be on Saturday, October 9th at Mosaic Restaurant, in Downtown St. Louis. The wedding will be at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 10th at The Four Seasons Hotel. (A formal invitation to follow) There will be a very informal brunch on Monday morning at the Four Seasons for those guests staying at the hotel.

We just wanted to give you all a quick heads up of some of the festivities going on the weekend of the wedding so you can start making your flight reservations! We are so excited for you all to come and celebrate with us and we can not wait for October!!! :-)

On February 27, 2010 the entire family gathered in Hoboken to celebrate Jake and Noa’s birthdays and spend time with Bubbe.

Several months back, Mike and I decided to write in to JDate with our “success” story! After signing the “we promise to not be upset when we change your story and/or picture” agreement, JDate came back to us and asked if they could use our names and picture for their ridiculously large billboard in Times Square. Of course, Mike jumped on the opportunity, especially since we were going to be in New York for Thanksgiving and the billboard would be up. After spending almost an hour standing, in the cold, waiting for our picture to pop up…it never did! However, the woman from Spark and JDate must have toughed it out longer than we did and got the picture and sent it to us!!
